According to the latest planning, the building overlooking the bay and the beach has about 6 floors and an impressive roof. The two floors below the ground level will offer one a parking lot and the other a spa floor, a gym and a sauna. The ground floor will include a lobby, conference and meeting rooms, and the dining room where breakfast and dinner will be served. This is in addition to an outdoor pool, a green garden with lawns and trees, and two bars for indoor and outdoor drinks. The 3 upper floors will include 12 rooms each, a total of 36 rooms, befitting a boutique hotel. The size of each room will be 30 meters, in addition to a 5-meter balcony overlooking the landscape or the mountains, and the public garden that will be built next to the building.
